We proudly serve 100% Bona Fide Craft Draft Brewing Co. fair trade organic certified coffees on tap! It is cold coffee, brewed with a highly specialized process and put up in Sankey D beer kegs. Rather than brew unattended and leave it ‘out-in-the-cold’ as cold-press coffee advocates propose, Bona Fide Craft Draft brew logic is carefully designed to intelligently protect the coffee from corruption during every step of the brew process.

AGATE PASS BLEND
A full-bodied combination of Central and South American coffees roasted to a medium-dark, highly aromatic level featuring a smooth, nutty flavor with caramel, toasted almond and subtle chocolate notes.
BOLIVIA LOS YUNGUS
Balanced and bright with a fragrant aroma and soft sweetness, this coffee possesses a rich, full body. When roasted to a medium level, it has a nutty flavor and wonderfully smooth finish.
The very lightest roast is applied to this high-grown coffee so that none of the subtleties are hidden, including sweet notes of caramel, roasted hazelnuts, vanilla and a slight buttery finish with mild acidity.
Colombia is known for its sweet, well-balanced coffees and this high-grown coffee is no exception, featuring notes of cinnamon and toast together with a honeyed aroma and smooth finish.
EAST TIMOR RAMELAU
This coffee is grown in the rich, volcanic soil near the base of Mt. Ramelau, the highest point in East Timor. Smooth and bright with a full, clean body, it has a sweet aroma with notes of molasses & butterscotch.
EL SALVADOR APANECA
Grown in an area where the elevation & rainfall create ideal growing conditions, this limited-release coffee is sweet and well-balanced with a clean finish and features a honeyed aroma with notes of vanilla and spice.
Our classic Espresso Blend is a combination of five coffees that are balanced to deliver a smooth, yet spicy shot that is dark, distinctive and full-bodied - but not bitter or smoky. This 100% arabica blend produces a thick, rich crema and is wonderful as a straight shot or blended with foamed milk. To make high-quality espresso, we recommend that you use a calibrated burr grinder or order your beans Espresso Grind.
A popular medium roast blend, Equinox is a pleasing combination of Pacific and East African coffees with intoxicatingly aromatic floral and berry notes that help to produce a wonderful, balanced cup.
Fragrant and floral with wine and fruit overtones, the Yirgacheffe is one of the most prized East African coffees. When roasted to a medium-dark level, it has a smooth medium body and long, lingering finish.
A very dark roast, this is a classic blend for those who prefer the smoky intensity and bold character of a deeply roasted, medium-bodied cup. Our French Roast has a smooth finish with no bitterness or aftertaste.
Guatemala Forestal is roasted to a dark level that brings out the full potential of this bean. The result is a full-bodied, wonderfully aromatic coffee that has a bold, spicy flavor in the cup.

This coffee is grown, processed and traded exclusively by a co-op of women in Mexico. A medium bodied coffee with a bright, nutty flavor whose subtle sweetness is enhanced by a delicate medium roast. Bright & crisp with a nutty aroma, the Chiapas possesses a lively, medium body. When roasted to a medium level, it has a clean flavor that makes it a favorite breakfast coffee.

SULAWESI RANTEPAO WILD
A rare coffee that grows wild in the high mountain jungle of Sulawesi. With notes of clove, coffee blossoms and sweet chocolate, this coffee has a rich, full body with low acidity & a lingering finish.
A perfect complement to ice cream or lighter deserts, our decaffeinated Sumatra is a full-bodied, chocolaty decaf coffee with a sweet aroma and mellow finish. A medium-dark roast preserves the exotic wildness that Sumatra coffees are famous for, and a water-based decaffeination process preserves its organic certification.
